Valerie Deriso
With over 24 years of experience in the home care and nursing home industry, I have dedicated my life to helping others. After facing personal health challenges early on, I made a promise to God that I would devote myself to caring for others. This commitment led me to work my way up from a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to an Administrator of several care facilities.
Many individuals spend their final, cherished days in private home care or nursing home facilities. I treasure the opportunity to become a part of their families, showing their loved ones kindness, compassion, and love. Sadly, some residents do not have frequent family visits, but it warms my heart to see their smiles when we spend time together. I feel like I become part of their missing family, and I am grateful for the chance to bring sunshine into their lives.
Families trust us with the care of their loved ones, and I aspire to be part of a team that consistently achieves superior ratings for the quality of care we provide. I want my love for others to be a valuable asset in resident care, making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

Bobby Scales
Before entering the Home Care industry, my professional background was primarily in sales. I began my career with Bristol Myers, eventually serving as the National Sales Manager for one of our product lines, “Born and Beautiful.” Later, I moved into the insurance sector, specializing in employee benefits. I had the opportunity to work with city and county governments, as well as private businesses, to help improve their benefits packages. In these roles, I learned that success in sales wasn’t just about selling—it was about being a problem solver and educator. When people understand the value of what you offer, they’re better equipped to see how it fits into their lives.
My shift into Home Care was driven by personal experience. I was the primary caregiver for my wife during her battle with dementia, and I also served as guardian for my brother, who was in a memory care facility. These experiences gave me a profound understanding of the challenges caregivers face and the critical importance of quality care. It was during this time that I met Valeria, the Executive Director of the facility where my brother stayed. Our conversations led to a shared vision, and ultimately, a partnership in launching a home care business together.
